Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales Manager to drive business growth across commercial vehicle and energy storage markets. This client-facing role is ideal for a professional who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing complex B2B deals. The Sales Manager will own the full sales cycle and develop long-term partnerships by delivering tailored technical solutions aligned with customer business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial vehicle and energy storage sectors
Serve as primary point of contact for new clients and lead product presentations and relationship development
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and handoff to delivery teams
Build and maintain a 12–18 month sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined pipeline management
Translate customer requirements into tailored technical and commercial solutions
Support pricing strategy, proposals, and negotiations to drive profitable growth
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure solution feasibility
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
Travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience
Experience selling technical, engineered, or industrial products
Proven ability to close mid- to large-scale commercial deals
Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
Strong financial and commercial acumen (pricing, margins, ROI discussions)
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
