Benefits
Volunteer Time Off: 20 hours of paid time off each calendar year to volunteer in the communities we serve.
Paid Holidays: Summit provides 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year along with 2 additional floating holidays.
Education Reimbursement: Up to $5250 per calendar year for eligible expenses related to completion of accredited courses or programs in an approved course of study.
