Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Central Valley Community Health Network | California

Join a mission-driven, multi-county Federally Qualified Health Network serving diverse communities across Kern County, Kings County, Tulare County, and Fresno County. Practice in modern, state-of-the-art health centers offering fully integrated, patient-centered care across a wide range of specialties, including medical, women’s health, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, chiropractic, optometry, and specialty services.

• 100% outpatient primary care
• Patient-Centered Medical Home model
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
• Option for 4/10 work schedule or part-time flexibility
• Light call: 1 week per quarter (from home)
• EMR: NextGen
• Open to 1099 per-encounter compensation model
• Visa support available (H1B & J-1 accepted)
• 2026 residents encouraged to apply

• Competitive salary: $250,000 – $300,000 (with rural stipends where applicable)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
