Join a mission-driven, multi-county Federally Qualified Health Network serving diverse communities across Kern County, Kings County, Tulare County, and Fresno County. Practice in modern, state-of-the-art health centers offering fully integrated, patient-centered care across a wide range of specialties, including medical, women’s health, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, chiropractic, optometry, and specialty services.
Position Highlights- 100% outpatient primary care
- Patient-Centered Medical Home model
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
- Option for 4/10 work schedule or part-time flexibility
- Light call: 1 week per quarter (from home)
- EMR: NextGen
- Open to 1099 per-encounter compensation model
- Visa support available (H1B & J-1 accepted)
- 2026 residents encouraged to apply
- Competitive salary: $250,000 – $300,000 (with rural stipends where applicable)
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- $20,000 retention bonus
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Relocation assistance: $4,000 (CA) / $6,000 (out-of-state)
- $5,000 salary increase every 5 years
- Eligibility for National Health Service Corps
